"A picture is worth a thousand words" they say... Well, in fewer than a thousand, here is the story of this photo: I stopped at this streetcorner to photograph the interplay of stripes by the pedestrian crossing, the bench, the pavement and the roadsign. Just think about it: what are the chances that someone wearing striped clothing, including a striped headscarf (!) would step into the camera's perspective (to throw an applecore into the garbage bin in front of me) at the very same split of a second when the picture is taken ?!
